Carrie Felix

Philosophy

I made a commitment over 10 years ago to live a healthier lifestyle. Dedicating time to exercise, healthy eating and meal prepping was the key to my success. My philosophy is time management. I know what it’s like to juggle the demands life places on us and the challenge to fit in a workout or prepare a healthy meal. Becoming healthier does not need to be complicated or overwhelming. We can work towards manageable goals where you can see success. Let me help guide you by combining both exercise and health coaching to incorporate healthy habits to help create healthier you.
