THERAPEUTIC RECOVERY

Vibration Therapy

Vibration therapy uses mechanical vibrations applied to the body to stimulate muscles, improve circulation, and aid recovery. It can reduce soreness, increase flexibility, and enhance muscle activation. It might also support bone density by stimulating bone growth, helping lower the risk of osteoporosis. (can be done with red light therapy)

Red Light Therapy

Red light therapy uses low-level wavelengths of red and near-infrared light to penetrate the skin and stimulate cellular activity. It can help reduce pain and inflammation, promote tissue healing, improve circulation, and support muscle recovery. It might also support bone health and aid in maintaining bone density, potentially helping reduce the risk of osteoporosis. (can be done with vibration therapy)

Kinesiology Taping

Kinesiology taping uses elastic, stretchy cotton or synthetic tape applied to muscles, joints, and tendons to provide lightweight support, reduce swelling, and alleviate pain without restricting range of motion.
