We know you are constantly on the go. That is why the Kettle Moraine YMCA is pleased to offer our active adult members ages 18+ convenient year-round access to our 24/7 Feith Family, River Shores, and West Washington branches. For more information, please call or visit one of our three locations.

As a Y member with 24/7 access, you may use the Feith Family & River Shores Branches on your own time.

Key Fobs
Key fobs can be purchased at any of our three locations:
- West Washington Branch-1111 W. Washington St, West Bend
- River Shores Branch-705 Village Green Way #201, West Bend
- Feith Family Branch-465 Northwoods Rd. Port Washington
Key fobs details:
- Your key fob is unique to your membership and will allow access as long as your membership remains current.
- Adult Y members wanting 24/7 access to the Feith Family, River Shores, or West Washington Branches will be required to sign a 24/7 access waiver to receive their personal key fob for entry.
- Key fob fee- One Time $25 fee; no additional monthly cost to your membership.
- If a Y member damages or losses their key fob, they should report that to the Y as soon as possible. A replacement key fob can be purchased for $25.
How to use the key fob
- Hold the key fob up to the fob reader to the right of the main entrance door.
- You will hear the door activate.
- Upon activation, pull on the door to gain access
Note: When entering and exiting the YMCA, please ensure the door closes behind you. Do not hold the door for anyone. Every member needs to scan their personal key fob to gain entry. This ensures the Y knows who is in the facility at all times.

Guest Policy
- Guests will not be allowed 24/7 access. It is for Kettle Moraine YMCA Members only.
- If a Kettle Moraine YMCA member provides 24/7 access to a guest, they will lose their 24/7 access.
Day Passes
- Day Passes will not be allowed 24/7 access.
Nationwide Membership Policy
- 24/7 access is only for Kettle Moraine Y members.
Safety & Security
- Only the key fob owner can enter the building with their fob, don’t hold the door open and let others into the building.
- Members are not allowed behind the welcome desk or in any area labeled employee only.
- Camera system- the YMCA has a 24-hour video recording system for security purposes. It will be reviewed on a daily basis to address any security concerns and monitor who is using the facility. Please note this system does not provide staffing assistance for any emergency that might occur. 911 will need to be called.
- Emergency Phone & AED – a telephone and AED is located on the west wall next to the Welcome Desk. In the event of an emergency, dial 911. The YMCA address is posted next to the phone. Emergency personnel will be able to access the facility during non staffed hours.
- Snow Removal-snow removal will not occur during unstaffed hours. Members can still utilize the Y but will do so at their own risk.
- Sauna – per our insurance company, locations with saunas are not allowed to be used during unstaffed hours.
