Our level 1 class is for kids with little to no experience in gymnastics. Participants will work on the basics of vault, bars, beam, and floor. If your child is new to our program you may register for this class with no prior approval from instructors. Goal is to establish a strong set of beginning gymnastics skills, that will then enable them to move up levels through our program!

This advanced class further challenges gymnastics abilities and builds off of levels 1 & 2. This level will focus on learning a higher difficulty vault, increasing connection of skills on bars, more acro skills on beam, and skills on floor that will lead to eventual upgraded tumbling.

This advanced class further challenges gymnastics abilities & is the highest progressive level we offer. This level will focus on developing higher level skills across all 4 events, such as a front-handspring and half-on vault, kips and squat-ons on bars, cartwheels and turning dismount on beam, along with standing back-handsprings and front tucks on floor.
