Family Minute to Win it, Pizza and Swimming

Bring your favorite adult and join us for a night of fast-paced Minute to Win It challenges! Compete against your family or friends and see who can beat the clock. Enjoy a pizza dinner for a fun family date night, and take advantage of family swim time in the Family Adventure Pool before or after the games.

Family Pickleball and Pizza Night

Join us for a fun family night of pickleball and pizza! We’ll start on the courts with friendly games that everyone can enjoy, no matter their age or skill level. Then we’ll relax and share delicious pizza together.

It’s a simple, active, and tasty way to spend time as a family!

The Y makes unwinding with your family easy.  Family Play Time has something for everyone. A bounce house will be set up each week. Kids can play and get their energy out while parents connect for some valuable adult conversation.    All ages welcome, parents are responsible for watching their own children.

Nerf birthday parties are run on Saturday or Sunday afternoons and consist of the following:

•  2 hour party- 1 hour of nerf gun capture the flag style games and 1 hour in a private party room.
• A Y Birthday Party Host will help set up, lead games and help clean up the party.
• Birthday child receives a Y birthday t-shirt.
• Maximum number of children is 10 and at least 1 adult must be present for the games.
• All equipment is provided for the games.
• You are able to bring in outside food, just no alcohol.
• Age 5-10

$220 for Members and $270 for Community Participants

These monthly Wellness Workshops cover a variety of topics from exercise to nutrition to mental health.

February – Self-Care

March – Healthy Eating without Overwhelm

This practical and encouraging workshop will help you simplify nutrition and feel more confident about your food choices. You’ll learn realistic strategies to get started with healthy eating, build balanced meals, and avoid common all-or-nothing thinking. This session focuses on small changes that lead to lasting results–perfect for anyone who wants to improve their health without strict rules or complicated plans.

We will offer the workshop Tuesday, March 10, at 6 p.m. in the Pool Observation Room at our West Washington Branch. Heather Cromb, certified health coach, Diabetes Prevention Program instructor, and LIVESTRONG instructor, will present this workshop.

The workshop is free, but registration is required.

Need a night off? Let your kids enjoy a fun-filled evening at the YMCA while you enjoy some well-deserved time to yourself! Our Parents’ Night Out program offers a safe, engaging environment for children ages 3–8 to play, create, and make new friends.
