Join Lucas Nett, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, to take your athletes performance
to the next level. A properly structured and progressive training program is scientifically proven
to improve your athlete’s performance. The YMCA Sports Performance Programs are here
to help your youth athlete ages 12 and up lay the foundation for athletic success through
engaging, age-appropriate training focused on:

• Balance, Stability & Coordination
• Injury Prevention
• Increased Confidence
• Movement Proficiency
• Proper Weight Room Etiquette
This class is for all sports.
60 min class, only $15 per class, sign up for two or up to four days per week.
Times Offered:
Monday – 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Tuesday – 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Wednesday – 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm
Thursday -4:30 pm – 5:30 pm
