BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout using light to moderate weight with lots of repetition that challenges all major muscle groups. BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. You determine the level you'll work at by choosing the appropriate weight.
The carefully selected music tracks for maximum effect guide participants through the 60-minute class. Each track focuses on a different body part, beginning with the warm-up. Your instructor will then guide you through the main portion of the workout, stressing every major muscle groups. You will feel the burn. Each class finishes with a 5-minute stretch track to help reduce the risk of muscle soreness or injury.
