BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout using light to moderate weight with lots of repetition that challenges all major muscle groups from head to toe. BODYPUMP™ gives you a total body workout. You determine the intensity by choosing the appropriate weight.
The carefully selected music tracks for maximum effect guide participants through the 60-minute class. Each track focuses on a different muscle group, beginning with the warm-up. Your instructor will then guide you through the main portion of the workout, isolating every major muscle group - making you feel the burn. Each class finishes with a 5-minute stretch track to help reduce the risk of muscle soreness or injury.
