The Kettle Moraine YMCA offers health and well-being classes for youth and teens ages 7-17 in West Bend and Saukville/Port Washington. Our programs help youth to develop healthy exercise and wellness habits that will help them maintain a healthier lifestyle as they grow. We encourage the youth to share their experiences with their families.
Youth Bootcamp - Ages 7-10

Come join in the fun! Join our youth boot camp class lead by a certified personal trainer. You will strengthen your heart and muscles all while having a blast! Classes will be held in the Virtual Vault.
Conditioning Young Athletes -
The purpose of the training circuit style workout is to improve and strengthen movement patterns of the athletes as well as creating a metabolic effect for conditioning. This is accomplished by using movements that involved the entire body in a variety of movement. We will be swinging kettle bells, tossing sandbags, slamming medicine balls and much more.

YSpeed - Ages 7-14
Y-Speed will help you become stronger, faster, quicker, more powerful and prepared for your next sports season. Our Coaches will direct you in workouts that will enhance your speed, agility, coordination and flexibility.
