MEET OUR TRAINERS
Feith Family (Ozaukee)
Philosophy
My personal training philosophy is to introduce physical fitness as a lifestyle, not a chore. In order to be consistent, being physically active needs to be a part of one’s daily life. To work towards that goal, I will develop individualized programs based on client’s thoughts, feelings, opinions and, of course, health history. I will also show how an efficient workout doesn’t have to take hours at the gym. Finally, I encourage that any physical activity is better than no physical activity at all.
