The TRX® Suspension Trainer is the original bodyweight-based training tool that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Every body movement is powered by the torso with the abs and back working together to support the spine during everyday activities. In TRX® Express, all exercises create an element of instability that calls on your core to provide balance and coordination. Therefore, this type of training works to build not only core strength, but total body strength.

Youth ages 12-13 may attend accompanied by an adult

A Typical Class
Class will begin with a warm-up. Then, the class dives into a mixture of TRX® exercises and functional training (with or without additional equipment) performed in a series of intervals. These segments are timed, so you don't have to follow the beat of the music. Instead, you get in as many repetitions as is right for you! After you complete the intervals, class will finish with a stretching sequence to help cool-down the body.
