3-2-1 Workout Formula: Cardio, Strength & Core.

Created by celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels, the BODYSHRED unique 3-2-1 workout formula combines your cardio, strength, and core workout into one exciting and effective fitness class.

A Typical Class

Class will begin with a 5-minute warm-up. Then the real fun begins as the class dives into interval training. During this time, expect to perform a variety of exercises that focus on cardiovascular fitness and strength through a series of intervals. Each interval series will consist of 3 minutes of resistance training, 2 minutes of cardio training, and 1 minute of core work. With timed segments, you don't have to follow the beat of the music, you get in as many repetitions as it right for you! After you complete the intervals, class will finish with a stretching sequence to help cool-down the body.

Tips + Preparation

  • New to class? Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you some pointers.
  • Water and a sweat towel are great to have handy.
    You will want to stay hydrated and you WILL sweat.
