The BODYCOMBAT™ is an empowering and high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn a ton of calories. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
No registration required
Youth ages 12-13 may attend accompanied by an adult
Teens age 14+ may attend unaccompanied by an adult
A Typical Class
Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors you will be lead through a warm up followed by the body of your workout which you will strike, punch, and kick your way through calories. Each class finishes with a 5 minute stretch track to help reduce the risk of muscle soreness or injury.

New to class? Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you some pointers.
Focus on FUN!! Don't worry about perfection-we've all been there.
Lost in a move? Continue moving until you are able to re-join the class.
It may take a few classes to catch on, don't give up.
