Meet Our Newest Team Member: Lucas Nett

The YMCA is excited to welcome Lucas Nett, our new Strength & Conditioning Coordinator! Lucas holds a bachelor’s degree from UW–La Crosse in Organizational and Professional Communication, Business Management, and Strength & Conditioning. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (NSCA‑CSCS) and a Collegiate Strength Coach Certified professional. Lucas brings valuable experience working with athletes at all levels. He completed internships at UW–La Crosse and The Florida State University, where he worked closely with collegiate athletes to enhance performance and reduce injury risk. He has also served as Head Strength Coach at both Preble High School and West Bend High School, helping student-athletes build strength, speed, and confidence. Now at the YMCA, Lucas offers: 1‑on‑1 personal training, small group strength & conditioning sessions, and speed & agility training.
