• Increased Confidence
• Injury Prevention
• Power/Acceleration & Speed
• Proper Weight Room Etiquette
2 Days per week Rate: $120
3 Days per week Rate: $180

Monday- 12:00pm-1:00pm
Tuesday- 2:30pm-3:30pm
Wednesday- 12:00pm-1:00pm
Thursday- 2:30pm-3:30pm
Friday- 12:00pm-1:00pm (no class July 4th)
