to improve your athlete’s performance. The YMCA Sports Performance Programs are here
to help your youth athlete ages, 12 and up lay the foundation for athletic success through
engaging, age-appropriate training focused on:

Movement Proficiency
• Balance, Stability & Coordination
• Strength & Stamina
• Increased Confidence
• Injury Prevention
• Power/Acceleration & Speed
• Proper Weight Room Etiquette

2 Days per week Rate: $240
