Join Lucas Nett, Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, to take your to take your Basketball athletes performance to the next level. A properly structured and progressive training program is scientifically proven
to improve your athlete’s performance. The YMCA Sports Performance Programs are here
to help your youth athlete ages, 12 and up lay the foundation for athletic success through
engaging, age-appropriate training focused on:

Movement Proficiency
• Balance, Stability & Coordination
• Strength & Stamina
• Increased Confidence
• Injury Prevention
• Power/Acceleration & Speed
• Proper Weight Room Etiquette

2 Days per week Rate: $120

3 Days per week Rate: $180

Times Offered: 

Monday- 12:00pm-1:00pm

Tuesday- 2:30pm-3:30pm

Wednesday- 12:00pm-1:00pm

Thursday- 2:30pm-3:30pm

Friday- 12:00pm-1:00pm (no class July 4th)
