Join our Strength & Conditioning Coaches to take your athletes performance to the next level. We take a scientifically proven properly structured and progressive training program to improve your athlete’s performance. The YMCA Sports Performance Program is here to help your youth athlete ages 11 and up lay the foundations needed throughout their athletic career. We coach the foundational movements all sports require, scaling exercises to their individual abilities and age-appropriate training focused on:

• Power/Acceleration & Speed
• Strength & Stamina
• Balance, Stability & Coordination
• Injury Prevention
• Increased Confidence
• Movement Proficiency
• Proper Weight Room Etiquette

A comprehensive training class suitable for athletes of all sports!

FREE 60 min class!!!

Come twice a week during one of our demo days sessions.

First session November 10 – 20th

Second session December 8 – 18th

Level up your gym basics! This class is designed just for ages 12–17. Learn how to use gym equipment safely, understand what each machine does, and discover how it can help you reach your fitness goals.
This fun, hands-on class will teach you:

How to use equipment correctly
Learn what muscles and movements each tool targets
Feel confident and respectful in the gym
Prevent injury & much more!
