Youth Conditioning
This class is designed to help athletes in the off-season or keep your child active during the summer. Training circuit-style workouts will improve and strengthen movement patterns of the athletes as well as create a metabolic effect for conditioning. This is accomplished by using movements that involve the entire body in a variety of movements. Circuits will involve using light weights, sandbags, slam balls, battle ropes, and much more!
