Its practitioners enjoy physical and mental discipline, as well as excellent fitness and the ability to defend themselves if necessary. The program is run by Mr. David Packard, 3rd degree black belt. He is a certified instructor in the Songahmstyle of Tae Kwon Do through the American Taekwondo Association (ATA).You can register at the Y's Welcome Desk or online.
We offer mixed martial arts through our personal training program. There is so much more to martial arts than just kicking and punching. It is about bringing out the best in yourself and others. Our mixed martial arts program will help you gain physical strength, muscle control and an attitude of self esteem. One can attain new perspectives on themselves and the world around them by learning the variant styles of martial science adapted from eastern self defense techniques. You can train one-on-one or share the cost with a friend or family member.
If you have any questions you may contact Chris DelCamp, Personal Trainer at the Y, at firstname.lastname@example.org or 262-247-1013.
