NHL STREET

Get ready to lace up (sneakers only!) and hit the pavement—YMCA Street Hockey powered by NHL STREET™ brings the excitement of hockey to the Y in a fun, fast-paced, and inclusive way. This program introduces youth to the game of hockey through street-style play that focuses on teamwork, skill development, and confidence—all without the ice.

In partnership with NHL STREET™, participants will learn the fundamentals of hockey, including stickhandling, passing, shooting, and gameplay, through age-appropriate drills and small-sided games. No prior hockey experience is required, and all skill levels are welcome. Our trained YMCA staff create a positive, encouraging environment where kids can stay active, build friendships, and fall in love with the game.
