Winter 2-Ninja and Nerf 5-6
Ninja Gym is an action-packed class, ninjas jump, crawl, balance, and climb through fun obstacle courses while building strength, coordination, and confidence. Each class encourages listening skills, teamwork, and imagination in a safe, supportive environment where every child can feel like a ninja hero! Winter 2: Ninja Gym
This class is designed to progress skills by incorporating strength and flexibility exercises through tumbling, jumping, swinging, and balancing drills. Small obstacle courses will be utilized to develop mobility, balance, power, strength and endurance. This class will teach kids the basics of becoming a ninja warrior.
