Group Training

Alloy is a small-group personal training program focused on helping you achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment.
Training sessions last about 45 minutes and include a warm-up, a total-body workout, and, often, a team-building finisher.
Alloy believes in full-body training three times a week to maximize strength training benefits–more effectively and efficiently.
We teach the fundamentals and tailor those principles to each individual, considering their goals and other factors.

How Does Alloy Work?

Each class is led by one of our professional personal trainers, who coach, guide, and correct your form while following the Alloy curriculum for building strength and losing fat. Alloy is a progressive program with three levels:

You can’t build a home without a solid foundation. Fitness is like your home in that you first need to establish proper movement and a base level of conditioning before beginning to build more advanced layers of fitness. With a challenging, full-body program, Foundations will ensure you avoid injury, progress at your own pace, and begin the path to success.

Many people strength train with weights, while others do cardio or aerobics. Somewhere in between is Afterburn, the ultimate fat loss workout. Not only will you burn up to 1,000 calories an hour, but you will also continue to burn fat and calories up to 48 hours after your workout is complete.

Working with heavier loads and fewer reps means more strength without bulk. This program combines old-school tools with modern science to provide the fastest path to better strength and conditioning.
