All Half Century Program classes are FREE to those who have a full Y membership at our West Washington Branch. Community Participants in the Half Century Program pay a monthly rate and may register for this program at the Welcome Desk. They will be issued a Community Participant Card that will be punched for each month that is purchased. The punch card can be used during specific times on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for the programs listed below.
Participants may use the track or the gym for unsupervised walking and cardiovascular exercise.
Participants may use specific strength training equipment chosen to enhance strong muscles and balance.
This Arthritis Foundation class focuses on strength, posture and range of motion, utilizing elastic tubing and light hand weights for resistance.
Aerobics is a 20-minute low-impact class using movement and exercise to build cardiovascular endurance and balance.
This class promotes toning and flexibility through water activities.
