Our ninja classes are modeled around the hit T.V show American Ninja Warrior. Athletes will be exposed  to a blend of traditional gymnastics, freerunning, and parkour. Athletes will develop strength, balance, and see an increase in overall athleticism…all while having fun at the gym.

Tumbling

Athletes work on developing the basics of tumbling with the end goal of developing a solid round off, standing back handspring, and front tuck. Then they will work on connecting their skills into roundoff back handsprings, front handsprings, and front tucks.

This program is for high school gymnasts only.  Athletes must be an incoming Freshman or a current high school student that is looking to do high school gymnastics for their school.  This is for athletes from ANY high school.

Program starts June 10th and ends August 21st.

Class runs Monday and Wednesday from 7:00pm-8:45pm.
