Child Care One of the hardest things a mother has to do is place her child in the care of someone else. I think the second hardest thing is saying goodbye to the people who took such great care of him. There is nothing I can say that can truly show my gratitude. Ivan has learned so much from you all and has developed into a very smart young boy. There is no way I could have taught him everything he ahs learned at your center. I am especially appreciative that you all have put up with my changing schedule. Also for showing your concern when I lost my job and when family members and friends have died. Your center has truly been a home away from home for Ivan and me. We will miss you all so much. He walks around the house saying Sarah and Missy. It is so cute! He really loves you guys. It touches my heart. I’m sitting here crying as I write this, no surprise, and I ‘m thinking about the first phone call I made to your center. Missy answered the phone and I was just balling because I was so unhappy with the center Ivan was at. She assured me that if I came to the YMCA that Ivan would be in great hands. He truly was. It was a very hard decision to pull him from your center. You all do a great job taking care of all of the kids. I know our jobs aren’t easy, and it takes a special kind of person to work in our field, you all are a perfect match for the daycare profession. Don’t forget that when the days get really hard. Personal Training I have been a member off and on at Kettle Moraine YMCA for many years now. Over those years the children and I have had opportunity to work with many of your trainers. We have always been impressed with the caliber of people who work there but this morning my son and I were helped by a trainer who taught more in an hour than all of those we have had in the past. We wish to commend Susan Christensen for the quality of service she provides and the insightful way in which she educates. We hope to have the opportunity to work with her in the future.
