Rapids Resistance Training challenges your body through timed circuits that involve you traveling with the current and against it in our Lazy River. This class provides an incredible cardio workout with your core engaged the entire time!
Class begins with a warm-up before transitioning to timed intervals that alternate between moving with and against the current. The instructor uses a whistle to signal when to change direction. Each interval becomes slightly more difficult to help you reach your target heart rate by challenging your core and increasing your endurance.
