In 2008 with two little kids and a stressful career, I found myself 25 pounds overweight. I had to learn how to make exercise and nutrition a priority for both myself and my family. Time Management is my philosophy. There are 1,440 minutes in a day - how can 30 of those minutes be utilized for exercise? I know what it's like to juggle the many demands life places on us and the challenge to fit in a workout. This does not need to be complicated.
