Vinyasa Yoga

Improve Physical and Mental health while building strength and flexability

Build strength and flexibility while reducing stress and tension. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like. You'll finish each class feeling renewed and rejuvenated.
