This class will challenge you with its high-intensity workouts and fast-paced movements. There are a variety of movements to satisfy all fitness levels!

  • Youth ages 12-13 may attend accompanied by an adult
  • Teens age 14+ may attend unaccompanied by an adult

A Typical Class

In this 45-minute class, you will alternate between bursts of high and low intensity exercises. Come prepared to push yourself to the max during every single set!
