Allison Mellgren

Philosophy

Life offers us many “growth” opportunities and sometimes we get off track physically, mentally or emotionally. As a personal trainer and wellness coach, my goal in training clients is to use an integrative approach, drawing from traditional and new strength training methods and to incorporate mind–body practices that include yoga and tai chi.
