Guests are welcome and may purchase a day pass. Youth 5 and under are admitted FREE when accompanied by a supervising individual ages 16 and older. Guests 18 years and older must present a photo ID card. The Y embraces all types of members and participants; however for your safety the Y denies membership, access to the facility, and/or participation to registered sex offenders. The Kettle Moraine YMCA has the right to refuse entry to an individual due to past behavior.
As part of your Kettle Moraine YMCA membership, each membership type is allowed to bring 5 guests to the Y annually. As an example, a family membership receives three guest passes when they join to use in the next 12 months. Those three guest passes will renew on their join date. The member must be in the building with the guest. A photo ID is required for each guest over the age of 18.
The Kettle Moraine YMCA Association participates in the Nationwide Membership Program. Nationwide Membership enables you to visit any participating YMCA in the United States through membership at your home YMCA. It is our goal to help you reach your health and wellness goals wherever you live, work and travel.
The Y believes that everyone deserves the chance to succeed. Regardless of your financial situation, we will work with you to receive all the benefits of our membership. Through our Annual Campaign, we are able to provide programs and services to those who may not otherwise be able to participate. If you cannot afford the full cost of a Y membership, you may apply for financial assistance.
All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Rates are subject to change.
Annual Membership - Year-long memberships that are paid annually by cash, check, VISA, Mastercard or Discover must be renewed annually.
Continuous Membership - Payments are made through automatic bank draft or credit card drafts. Cancellations require a written notice in person of 10 days prior to bank draft date.
Our hold option allows members to temporarily suspend a continuous draft membership. Your membership may be placed on hold for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 4 months in one calendar year. Written notice must be provided to the Y at least 10 days prior to the draft date of the membership being placed on hold. Monthly hold fees are $5 and will be paid through your current draft for the term of the hold, and the membership will automatically return to the regular rate.
We’ll be sorry to see you leave, but if it becomes necessary to cancel your membership, you must provide a 10-day written notice in advance of your draft date. All membership cards must be turned in at the time of cancellation, and a termination form must be completed. No terminations are accepted over the phone or by fax. Prepaid memberships will terminate at the end of their term. Refunds are not given on prepaid or annual memberships or due to non-use, missed classes or without notice 10 days in advance of the draft date.
