Zumba® involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates international rhythms and dances such as hip hop, soca, salsa, and merenge with traditional exercises to make exercise fun. These fun, easy routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body as you dance. Join the party!
Classes vary each week, and each instructor incorporates his or her own "flare" into the workout. Class typically begins a dance-based warm-up. Your instructor will then incorporate several world dance styles into the class. You will have so much fun you won't even know you are working out!
