A Typical Class

In this one-hour class-like-a-party, you’ll incorporate footwork and body movements from a wide variety of dances (instructors choice). You will have fun moving to the beat, you won’t even realize you are working out!

  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
  • Comfortable, functional clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
  • Proper gym shoes that fit comfortably
  • Water bottle
  • Sweat towel (available at the Welcome Desk)
