A Typical Class

In a typical class, you will use a simple movement of drumming that turns into a full body workout. You will bring together drumsticks and an exercise ball to create a fun workout! You will leave smiling, sweating and feeling great!

  • No equipment necessary, all equipment will be provided in class

Attire/What to Bring

  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
  • Comfortable, functional clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
  • Proper gym shoes that fit comfortably 
  • Water bottle
  • Sweat towel (available at the Welcome Desk)
