Work your muscles in every way possible in this class designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. You will use a variety of equipment and your body weight to change the shape of your body.
Class will begin with a warm-up. Then, class participants use their body weight and fitness equipment to challenge all the major muscles of the body. The instructor will focus on a variety of multi-joint and single-joint exercises that are both functional and power-driven. No muscle gets neglected in this class!
