Our cycling instructors will challenge you with multi-level and intense intervals on specialized stationary bikes. Pedal through high climbs, sprints, and many other challenges exercises. Class is set to exciting music tracks choreographed to provide an exciting workout and improve cardiovascular conditioning.

A Typical Class

Classes are held in the cycling studio where powerful music creates an energized atmosphere. Bike resistance, cycling pace (cadence) and body position are all adjusted throughout class to create a workout that builds strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Tips + Preparation

  • New to class? Arrive 10 minutes early so our instructor can properly fit you on a bike with the correct settings

Attire and What to Bring

  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
  • Wear loose-fitting, functional workout clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow
  • Proper gym shoes or cycling shoes
  • Water bottle
  • Sweat towel (available at the Welcome Desk)
