Ninja Gym

Ages 3-5, 6-9

This class is designed to progress skills by incorporating strength and flexibility exercises through tumbling, jumping, swinging, and balancing drills. Small obstacle courses will be utilizing to develop mobility, balance, power, strength and endurance. This class will teach kids the basics of becoming a ninja warrior.


  • Participants will develop skills in mobility, balance, power, strength and endurance through challenging ninja warriors obstacles.

Tips and Preparation

  • Please arrive on time and have your child use the restroom prior to class
