Tae Kwon Do
Ages 6 years through 13 years

Kids develop their fitness level while improving their self-confidence and self discipline while developing cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. Our classes are fun, safe and teach kids much more than self-defense. We recognize the importance and uniqueness of each individual and encourage progress. Our classes offer instruction in a welcoming and supportive, yet disciplined and challenging atmosphere. The program is run by Master Ron Vorpahl, 5th Dan Kukkiwon Certified Black Belt of American Tae Kwon Do Studios. You can register at the Y's Welcome Desk or online.

Youth Fitness
Ages 8-12

Come join Group Fitness Instructor Miranda Sizensky as she leads you through fun fitness activity through games and other activities. This is a drop in class. Conditioning Young Athletes
Ages 11-15

The purpose of the training circuit style workout is to improve and strengthen movement patterns of the athletes as well as creating a metabolic effect for conditioning. This is accomplished by using a variety of moments that involve the entire body. We will be swinging kettle bells, tossing sandbags, slamming medicine balls and much more.
