Jake Cull

Philosophy

Surrounded by a culture of sedentarism, processed foods and immense toxic chemical exposure, the importance of personal health sovereignty is at an all-time high. A Little About Me

Having played basketball at the competitive level for much of my life, I have immersed myself in a multitude of training designs in order to gain and maintain the competitive edge. Programs ranging from strength and flexibility training, to a focus on nutrition and dietetics, yoga, meditation and spiritual work. Pursuing success as an athlete has prepared me to pass along a great deal of information; information that I am both pleased, and anxious to pass on to you. I can’t wait to start our journey together.

Megan Ehlers

Philosophy

My personal training philosophy is to introduce physical fitness as a lifestyle, not a chore. In order to be consistent, being physically active needs to be a part of one’s daily life. To work towards that goal, I will develop individualized programs based on client’s thoughts, feelings, opinions and, of course, health history. I will also show how an efficient workout doesn’t have to take hours at the gym. Finally, I encourage that any physical activity is better than no physical activity at all.
