It combines strength training and aerobic conditioning with water resistance to give you an awesome overall body workout!

A Typical Class

The instructor will challenge your body with aerobic and strength movements in the deep and shallow water of the pool. Aqua belts, jog belts and noodles are some of the equipment that may be incorporated into the class to help target specific muscle groups. In addition, your core gets a fantastic workout. This class is sure to challenge and push you to the next level!
