BODYCOMBAT™ is an empowering and high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn a ton of calories. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Unleash and express yourself!

A Typical Class

Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you will be led through a warm-up followed by the body of your workout where you will strike, punch, and kick your way through calories. Each class finishes with a 5-minute stretch track to help reduce the risk of muscle soreness or injury. Just getting started? Our instructors always shows options for you to work at your own level. Start with 1-2 classes per week.

Tips + Preparation

  • New to class? Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you some pointers
  • Focus on FUN!! Don't worry about perfection-we've all been there
  • Lost in a move? Continue moving until you are able to re-join the class
  • It may take a few classes to catch on, don't give up

Attire and What to Bring

  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body
  • Wear comfortable, functional clothing made to breathe to allow air flow
  • Proper gym shoes with a comfortable fit
  • Water bottle
  • Sweat towel (available at the Welcome Desk)
