Whether you are a novice swimmer or a master swimmer, training for a triathlon or just needed a more structured swim work out, join us for swim training and technique enhancement. Swimmers must be able to swim one lap before enrolling in this class.
The instructor will provide a workout for each individual based on their experience and fitness level. As the participants progress, the instructor will help with refining technique and form. In addition, this class helps to increase endurance and strength.
