A Y membership helps you stay healthy, and insurers know it. That's why many insurance policies are now covering the costs of Y memberships. If your health plan includes a reimbursement, we can help you claim it.

  1. Check your policy or call your insurer to see if you qualify.
  2. Call or stop by the Welcome Desk.
  3. Submit the forms your health plan requires and wait for the reimbursement check.
  4. Scan your Y membership card or the Y's mobile app each time you visit the Y to ensure your visit is recorded.

All Medicare Advantage members with the Network Health fitness benefit can access our YMCA facilities. Simply show your Network Health member ID care and discover what you've been missing.

UnitedHealthCare Health Insurance Reimbursement at the Kettle Moraine YMCA West Bend Area

Eligible Reimbursement Amount:

Receive $20/month. If spouse is on the same plan, they too can receive a $20 reimbursement, a total of $40/month per household.

Minimum Visit Requirement:

12 visits per month per individual

Program Details:

The individual pays the Y full cost of the Y membership dues. The member must download the Rally app through UnitedHealthcare to record their visits.

Silver&Fit® Health Insurance Reimbursement at the Kettle Moraine YMCA West Bend, Port Washington/Ozaukee Areas

Regular physical activity is one of the best ways to improve your health. Silver&Fit® is an easy way to achieve a new and exciting fitness routine. Healthcare plans offer the Silver&Fit® program to eligible Medicare Advantage/Supplement beneficiaries and group retirees. You can visit the Y at no additional cost to you and experience group classes, social activities, and unlimited access to a variety of exercise equipment. It can help you improve the quality of your life.

With Renew Active™ by United Healthcare, formally Optum, it’s easy to keep your fitness routine fresh and fun. You can visit the YMCA at no additional cost to you. It is part of your UnitedHealthCare Medicare Advantage plan. You’ll have access to a variety of exercise equipment, classes and social activities.

Humana Vitality Health Insurance Reimbursement at the Kettle Moraine YMCA West Bend, Port Washington/Ozaukee Area

This program is a rewards program. The members accumulate their visits to the Y in exchange for incentive prizes from Humana. The Y will submit visits monthly to Humana for each member.

Froedtert Wellness Works Health Insurance Reimbursement at the Kettle Moraine YMCA West Bend Area

Froedtert Health now offers a reimbursement program called Froedtert Health Wellness Works to eligible employees. Employees need to have a minimum of 8 visits per calendar month to receive a $20.00 reimbursement from Froedtert Health. Employees will see the reimbursement(s) on their paycheck from Froedtert Health (determined by Froedtert Health’s payroll schedule).

Eligible employees will need to bring the Healthy Contributions Employee Wellness Certificate along with their Staff ID to our Welcome Desk at any of our three branches to register for this program.


Aurora Health Care Health Insurance Reimbursement at the Kettle Moraine YMCA West Bend Area

Aurora Health Care offers a reimbursement program to all eligible employees and their spouses. Employees need to make a minimum of 10 visits per calendar month to receive a $15.00 reimbursement from Aurora Health Care. Employees will see the reimbursement(s) on their paycheck from Aurora Health Care (determined by Aurora Health Care’s payroll schedule)

Eligible employees and spouses will need to bring the Health Contributions Employee Wellness Certificate along with their employee ID badge to our Welcome Desk at any of our three branches to register for this program.
