Job Duties:

Under the direction of the Communications & Marketing Director, the Marketing Assistant will be responsible for the creation of written and multimedia materials, including but not limited to printed materials, newsletters, fundraising collateral, brochures, flyers, emails and videos for the Kettle Moraine YMCA Association. All materials produced must follow the brand guidelines established by the YMCA of the USA.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in visual/graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in graphic design, marketing, corporate communications, photo/video production and print production
  • Technical Skills:
    • Excellent writing, proofing and editing abilities
    • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Contribute, Drupal 8 and Microsoft Office
