River Shores Location

You must be 18 or older to use the River Shores location. Here the atmosphere is a little calmer with the focus being on the beginning adult exerciser. Exercise equipment and beginner adult fitness classes are offered. Massage is also offered exclusively at River Shores. The Eisenbahn Trail is just steps away and is ideal for walking, running, biking, or rollerblading.

Monday - Friday 5:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday 6:00am - 12:00pm
Sunday 7:00am - 12:00pm *
*Closed on Sundays from June 1st - September 1st.
