Student Athlete Performance Enhancement Program - West Bend

The purpose of the training circuit style workout is to improve and strengthen movement patterns of the athletes as well as creating a metabolic effect for conditioning. This is accomplished by using movements that involve the entire body in a variety of movement. We will be swinging kettle bells, tossing sandbags, slamming medicine balls and much more!

Program Includes:
Functional Movement Screen
8-Week Group Program that Meets Twice Weekly
Corrective Movement Strategies
Individualized Program Design

Program is held at Paradise Springs

Runs June 15th - August 5, 2015
Participants meet on Mondays and Wednesdays
Youth ages 11-13 meet at 10am
Youth ages 14+ meet at 3pm

Want to accomplish your first 5K or improve your time? This beginner walking or running program will prepare you to complete the LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA’s 5K this October. Receive support from others in the challenge and helpful tips, tools and training programs from our certified Personal Trainers.

Idle Ironman - All Branches

July 6-August 16
Are you as strong as IRON?
This summer, gear up and participate in a fun and challenging 6-week Ironman! Based upon the ultra-endurance Ironman Triathlon, this fitness challenge encourages participants to swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles and run 26.2 miles! Sign up and start planning your workouts today, and you too can complete the Idle Ironman once, twice or three times in six weeks!
$10 for Members/$15 for AWAY Members


Summer Bootcamps - West Washington & Feith Family Ozaukee Branches


DESTINATION BOOTCAMP : BEACH CAMP EDITION
Offered at our Feith Family Ozaukee Branch
Y Beach Camp is held two days a week at the Feith Family Ozaukee YMCA and one day a week on the Lakefront of Port Washington. This program is designed to give participants a conditioning experience like no other and help you get into the best shape of your life! You will be coached through a variety of drills, stations and exercises that will challenge and expand your level of fitness. Come try new exercises, new terrain and get awesome results! This program includes a FREE InBody230 before and after the program.
Summer 1 & 2 Sessions: June 8 - August 30
Mondays & Wednesdays from 9:00am - 9:45am at Feith Family Ozaukee YMCA
Saturdays from 8:00am - 9:00am at Port Washington Beach
$99 for Members for the whole Summer!

DESTINATION BOOTCAMP

Looking for an outdoor workout this summer? Then let the Y’s Destination Bootcamp challenge you! Each workout will take place at different locations around West Bend. During this 12-week program, you will be coached through a variety of drills, stations and training that will challenge and expand your level of fitness. Come try new exercises, new terrain and get awesome results!
