Fit Kids...Fit Families A prevention and treatment program of childhood weight concerns. The goals are to: • Improve Children’s nutritional status • Enhance Children’s self esteem • Increase Children’s activity level • Create life-long healthy habits By addressing weight concerns early on, parents may be able to prevent social, emotional, and physical health problems. The biggest challenge is finding ways to make what’s nutritious-delicious, and to get kids more active throughout their day. Who teaches the program? How is the program structured? |

Fun Family Fitness Ages 6+ Creative and energizing workouts specifically designed to help motivate the family through age appropriate activities. Children must be at least 6 years old and accompanied by a parent, guardian, or an older sibling of 15 years or older. |

Family Personal Training Ages 11+ A personal trainer works with your family to develop an exercise plan that promotes exercising as a family unit. Children are taught age appropriate exercises that don’t injure growing bones or cause other injuries children are prone to get during strenuous activity.
