Ballroom Dance
Learn the language of love with ballroom dance. Choose from a variety of styles to learn including jazz, tap, and cha cha. Single dancers are welcome, no dance experience necessary.

Pilates
Pilates is a non-impact workout that focuses on strengthening the core of the body, especially the deeper abdominals. Pilates is for every person, age and fitness level. Pilates techniques will be taught and practiced in progressive stages. Leave feeling invigorated, yet challenged, after experiencing a Pilates workout in a soothing, relaxed environment.

Raquetball
Adult/Teen Leagues
Adult Leagues are FREE for members and all skill levels are welcome. If you are new to the Kettle Moraine YMCA courts, contact Tom Hoffman at 262-306-9387 after 6:00PM so Tom can evaluate your game, recommend a challenge level, and give you helpful tips to improve your game. For Teen Leagues call Mike Balkevich at 262-501-1391 to set up a league or competitive matches. All levels welcome.
Adult Challenge Ladder Wednesday Nights
Every Wednesday night from 5:30-8:30PM join us for a “Challenge Ladder.” Play a game and then move on to another court to play a different opponent. This is a proven method to improve your skills and a great way to meet new people.
Private Racquetball Lessons
$39 per one-hour session. Our own Tom Hoffman is an AmPro Certified, Racquetball Instructor, and an Ektelon sponsored player.

Yoga for Clearing the Mind and Calming the Nerves
In this specialized Yoga class you will learn techniques that will enhance the spirit, mind and body connection. Focus is on: Yoga postures and breathing techniques, developing the intuitive mind, present moment awareness, self-observation, and acceptance of limitations.

Running Network
This is an informal group of runners whose purpose is to provide an informational and participatory avenue to individuals who enjoy running. The Running Network invites runners of all abilities to come and meet others who share the same passion. Come join us and meet some great people for a great workout! YMCA Road Riding Network

Active Older Adults
The Active Older Adults and Half Century Programs are meant to provide activities for independent older adults (50) by staying active-physically, mentally, and socially. The YMCA offers programs and activities specifically for active older adults to participate in a variety of healthy and fun activities to include strength training, chair exercise, water exercise and indoor walking. All Half Century Program classes are FREE for YMCA Members.
Please Note: This program is available at the West Washington location only. Half Century community participants (those who are paying monthly rates) are allowed access to the Kettle Moraine YMCA, West Washington location only, during the listed class times. See the Welcome desk for current rates and to register for this program.

Half Century Program
Age 50+
All Half Century Program classes are FREE for YMCA Members. Community Participants participating in the Half Century Program are assessed with a monthly rate and may register for this program at the Welcome Desk and will be issued a Community Participant Card that will be punched for each month that is purchase. Please Note: This program is available at the West Washington location only. Half Century community participants (those who are paying monthly rates) are allowed access to the Kettle Moraine YMCA, West Washington location only, during the listed class times.
AOA Strength Training Participants may use specific strength training equipment chosen to enhance the quality and function of everyday life for active older adults.
Chair Exercise focuses on strength, posture and conditioning by using exer-tubes, resistance straps and light hand weights.
Aerobics is a twenty minute low-impact class using movement and exercise to build cardiovascular endurance.
Friday Cardio-Strength Combo After a proper warm-up, class focuses on alternating low impact aerobic exercise with strength conditioning (participants have the option of using a chair for all exercises.) End the week with 10-15 minutes of active stretches in the chair.
Water Exercise specifically designed for active older adults, promotes toning, strength training, and flexibility through water activities. Participants use barbells, noodles, kickboards, and the natural
resistance of water during this low-impact workout.
Indoor Walking Participants may use the track or the gym for unsupervised walking or cardiovascular exercise.

Youth Tae Kwon Do
Ages 6-11
Learn the Korean martial art of Tae Kwon Do taught by Kukkiwon Certified Black Belts. Improves self-confidence and self-discipline, while developing cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility.

Adult Tae Kwon Do
Ages 12+
Improve your cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility in this total body workout. Kicking, punching and blocking combinations are presented in each class along with bag work and traditional forms. Classes are taught by Kukkiwon certified black belts.

Women's Self-Defense
Ages 14+
Designed exclusively for women of all ages and abilities. In six weeks, participants learn to effectively deal with a variety of threatening situations. Taught by women Kukkiwon certified black belts who have specialized training in self-defense techniques.

Open Style Martial Arts
Learn integrated styles of: Shotokan Karate, Okinawan Karate, Chinese Wing Chun Gung Fu, Korean Tae Kwon Do, Tai Chi, Escrima/Bo Staff/Nunchaku, Chinese Kenpo, Self-Defense, Strengthening of spirit, mind and body as a unity. Chris DelCamp teaches "open style" martial arts through the Personal Training program at the Kettle Moraine YMCA. If you are interested in this program call Chris DelCamp at 262-247-1013. You can train one-on-one or share the cost with a friend or family member.

Open Style Sparring
Alternating Friday Nights
A controlled, supervised clinic to practice any style of martial arts. All styles are welcome. You are invited to practice with us if you currently practice martial arts or if you have in the past and are over the age of 16, or if you are a student of Chris DelCamp or LuAnne Salmon.
