Bring your family to the Y to enjoy dinner together as a family. We will be serving subs, chips, fruit and water. Each meal is $1, which we will donate to our Strong Kids scholarship program.

Fall Allergies & Asthma

Join Dr. Hambrook as he discusses the different types of fall allergies, treatment options, and how to live with asthma. A free asthma screening will be given to all participants by Barb Shier, RN and Gail Smith, RN, AE-C -Certified Asthma Educator.
The Kettle Moraine YMCA offers FREE informational health and wellness seminars which are open to the community. The seminars will be held at the YMCA - West Washington Location in the M&I Conference Room. Please note that Introduction to Exerstride Method Nordic Walking and Survival Skills For The Holiday Season seminars both require preregistration as space is limited.

Sports Nutrition: How To Feed Your Young Athlete

Teen athletes have unique nutrition needs. This seminar will highlight basic nutrition with an athletic training emphasis to fuel strong, healthy bodies for peak performance.

The Kettle Moraine YMCA and the Washington County Boys and Girls club are entering their third year of collaboration offering youth the opportunity to play traveling basketball. School affiliation is not required to play on the YMCA/Boys & Girls Club traveling team.
The evaluation is free. Traveling Season fee is $145.

Learn techniques that will improve muscle elasticity in your face. This holistic approach to stress relief and skin toning will help bring serenity to your day and radiance to your skin. Massage increases circulation, easing tension and promoting a relaxation response. In addition, self-facial massage can reduce the effects of free-radical damage and aging in general. Receive a free gift.
Space is limited to a maximum of 12 participants. These workshops will be held at the YMCA - West Washington Location in the M&I Conference Room. Please register in person at the Welcome Desk or call 262-334-3405. The fees for these workshops are $5/person or $10/couple.
