July 18-24, 2010 Massage therapists and bodyworkers nationwide are lending their hearts and hands to raise awareness of the benefits of massage, bodywork, and somatic therapies. To celebrate this week long event, the Kettle Moraine YMCA's Massage Staff are offering free 5 minute chair massages. At River Shores: Monday, July 19th 8:30am - 1pm Thursday, July 22nd 8am - 11:30am At West Washington: Wednesday, July 21st 11am - 1:30pm and 3pm - 6:30pm Friday, July 23rd 9am - 12pm Plus, purchase and book any 30-, 50- or 90 minute massage service by Saturday July 24th and receive $5 off. Patti's coaching sessions can include meal planning and grocery shopping, healthy cooking, weight management, diabetes management, sports nutrition, and healthy eating on the road. Sessions may include current diet analysis, intake assessment, discussion of healthy diet components and/or personalized client education. Nutrition Brochure THE FINAL SPLASH! - FAMILY ADVENTURE POOL The Final Splash, that's what the Kettle Moraine YMCA is calling their last expansion at the West Washington Location. A donation of $1,350,000 was made to the YMCA to help get this project started. "The Kettle Moraine YMCA has a wonderful history of volunteers and staff and just recently celebrated 40 years in West Bend. One of the YMCA's founding families contacted the YMCA in May of 2008 and said that they wanted to help build a pool at the YMCA so local residents would not need to leave the community to enjoy the amenities that a Family Adventure Pool would have to offer", said Sandy Luft, YMCA Financial Development Director. Kettle Moraine Golf Outing Monday, August 30, 2010 Join us on Monday, August 30th at the West Bend Country Club for the YMCA's 9th Annual Golf Outing! Every outing includes 18 holes of golf with a cart, full use of the club facilities, lunch on the course, club house dinner, YMCA gift bag and hole event contests.
