In 2008 with two little kids and a stressful career, I found myself 25 pounds overweight. I had to learn how to make exercise and nutrition a priority for both myself and my family. Time Management is my philosophy. There are 1,440 minutes in a day - how can 30 of those minutes be utilized for exercise? I know what it’s like to juggle the many demands life places on us and the challenge to fit in a workout. This does not need to be complicated. We can work towards manageable goals so you can see success and enjoy exercise. There are so many ways to be active and healthy – let me show you how exercise can be a lifestyle not a chore!
