We offer NEW cutting-edge programs that are guaranteed to change the way you feel about group exercise. Our fitness classes are designed to challenge, motivate and energize your workout with innovative moves, great music, and the best instructors in the industry. Group fitness class schedules are available one week prior to the start of each session. You can access them online or at numerous locations throughout our facilities.

NOTE: The YMCA reserves the right to cancel any class due to low attendance.
