Our classes are offered for early risers and into the evening for those who need to burn off steam from a long day. Our instructors have your healthy interests at heart and will offer a variety of difficulty levels and skills in each class.
All of our group exercise classes are free for members. Non-members can purchase a day pass and participate in any classes they wish and enjoy the rest of the facility as well! There is no need to register for classes, as our group exercise classes are drop-in, meaning first come, first served. You do need to register at the welcome desk for Pilates.
