9-Week Ironman Challenge
June 1 - July 31, 2012

The Ironman is an event that elite athletes complete in one day. It consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike and a marathon 26.2 mile run. Our challenge to you is to complete an Ironman triathlon in 9 weeks, with a few twists. Aquatic exercise classes will be counted towards the 2.4 mile swim, indoor cycling classes will count towards the 112 mile bike and elliptical exercise will count towards the 26.2 mile run/walk. Challenge yourself this summer to become an Ironman! Registration will begin Monday, May 14.

Workout Marathon
Wednesday, August 29, 2012 from 5:45pm - 9:45pm

You are invited to this invigorating, 4-hour long, workout marathon! Participants will get to choose from a variety of energizing classes. All funds raised through the Workout Marathon will go towards the Y’s Annual Scholarship Campaign which ensures that no one is turned away from our Y due to the inability to pay. Further details and registration will be available in August.
